My name is Lynnette McRoy and I'm with Practice Alternatives, Inc. We are a full service billing company that helps Tree of Life Health Center provide several services to its patients. As a courtesy to all patients at Tree Of Life Health Center we verify insurance benefits in order to provide information to patients as to what their insurance coverage is and what their personal responsibility may be.

Patients are informed "up front" and provided with a written description of their coverage. All services are billed out to each patient's insurance company and followed through until payment is obtained. Practice Alternatives, Inc. works with patients to help them understand their insurance and welcomes calls directly from patients to answer any questions.

Dr. Knowski employs us to provide all services related to insurance billing so that her patients are able to concentrate on their health and well being without financial worries or constraints.
